Write your stories on a separate private platform, we suggest you grab a notebook and pencil – “sometimes the old ways are better”. Copy your story onto this page and send it in to us. Your identity will be protected at all times.
Please note, stories will be professionally proofread and may be edited before publication. We do not accept stories from under 18s so please, if you are not 18 or over do not write to us.
Stories do not automatically get published when you click submit and it may take some time before you see your story published but rest assured, if it is appropriate for our mental health platform we will get it up and out there for you as soon as possible.
Stories submitted may also be produced and published as audio books or videos with our founder potentially reading them on camera.

Take care to protect your identity in your work. Use different names for the people you mention and if you want to discuss locations we suggest you use fake places too.
